The City of Cascade Locks has a Council/Manager form of government with a City Administrator overing the day to day operations of the City.

Jordon Bennett has been the City Administrator for Cascade Locks since October 2022. Jordon previously worked for Eastern Washington University, Spokane Public Facilities District, WorkSource, Harney County and the Burns Paiute Tribe.
