The City provides access to lien search requests, for a fee, through an online system. If your company is not currently signed up for service, please contact Net Assets at 541-485-8846 or support@nassets.com to obtain access. Otherwise, please access the Conduits Lien Search system online, using the credentials you have been supplied. The Conduits System will provide the City's weatherization lien information, utility account liens, and municipal court liens. All  municipal court liens include an interest penalty. Final payoff information for those liens with interest have to be provided by contacting the City Recorder at kwoosley@cascade-locks.or.us. There is a $25.00 fee for the search.
